The Specialists Behind Raven Wren

Jennifer is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) with more than 25 years of experience spanning supply chain and operations, from forecasting and S&OP through procurement, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and fulfilment. She works directly with brands on strategic and day-to-day operational challenges, often when growth has outpaced existing processes, systems or internal capacity. Drawing on business analysis, process mapping, planning and continuous improvement practices, Jennifer helps teams understand how people, processes and systems work together, identify risks and constraints, and make informed decisions about priorities and trade-offs. Her regulated manufacturing experience brings an additional focus on quality, traceability and compliance while balancing supply, cost and customer service. 

Nathan brings more than 15 years of experience in international trade, tariffs, and border compliance. As a CSCP and Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), he works with our clients to correctly classify and value goods, understand tariff exposure, determine Free Trade Agreement eligibility, and establish the documentation needed for customs clearance and audit readiness. Beyond trade and customs, Nathan brings his advanced Excel, macro and automation skills to Raven & Wren's S&OP and planning projects, turning complex planning requirements into practical tools that teams can use and maintain. 

Monica brings more than 25 years of experience in retail, merchandising, planning and forecasting. She works alongside our brands and operations specialists to establish practical forecasting and planning processes, bringing structure to how teams use sales history, customer and market insights, and business knowledge to plan future demand. She also works alongside Jennifer on projects introducing S&OP principles, providing additional depth and expertise in forecasting and demand planning. 

Michelle provides hands-on operations and fulfilment support for our emerging brands. She manages small-batch production and related records, including lot traceability, material consumption, inventory reconciliation and adjustments, working directly in client systems or developing practical spreadsheets where needed. For brands that have outgrown their current space but aren't yet ready for a traditional 3PL, Michelle provides fulfilment services including order processing, pick and pack, shipping labels and manifests, tracking and carrier coordination. She works directly in Shopify, SOS Inventory, ShipStation and Canada Post.
